Very poor, bugs are rife. The app logs me out every time I exit the app, and it resets all my goals and info. Very frustrating!
Latest update broke all functionality. It download all user data into my phone, so it says I ate a million calories. Impressive I know.
I completed the most recent update in March 9th and when I opened it next all of the days were haywire. It added weight to my day and added a ton of food that I never input and I was thousands of calories over for my day. Just frustrated because I feel like all of my tracking is gone. I looked back on the last week at least and all of the data is wrong. Please fix.
All was going great with app until exercise results got a mind of their own... Each day is showing thousands and thousands of calories burned when no changes were made. Most annoying!
I used this app on and off for 5 years with no issues. It worked with Apple Watch and Shared data with Apple Health app. The latest release has corrupted all my data within the MyPlate and in the Apple Health app. I can no longer recommend this app.
Was really pleased with the app until just a couple weeks in all the data went haywire. Went to add a meal and it was suddenly telling my calorie intake goal was 3013 when it was only 1200. Looked back at other days and saw it had my weight fluctuating from 106 to 347 lbs.
Hi the app was going great for me until the exercising part started subtracting calories whole bunch on its own and then it logged me out and now I cant get back in and it wont reset my info.
just downloaded this app, has everything youd ever want in it and its really cute and so easy to view and use. YOU CAN SCAN FOOD BARCODES TO GET NUTRITION FACTS WHICH IS AMAZING , 5 stars
Two things: 1. After the update, the app crashes on startup. 2. Before update, it kept asking me to log in - which is very troublesome. Logging in 3 times for 3 meals...
I totally used to love this app, but the last couple weeks its been a little off, every time I entered my weight, it would glitch to 1200cal and back up to where its supposed to be. Yesterday I noticed my calories were way lower than where the normally are, I removed the app in an attempt to fix, but now its fixed at 1200cal for the day... Even my profile on the website is reflecting this glitch... What happened? :(

Tried just about every tracking app out there and MyPlate stands well above all others.
Since the update on March 11 I cannot open the app. It crashes every time.
This app is helping me keep myself hydrated, lose weight steadily without ever having to starve myself and provides me with easy-to-read information on the dietary value of what I am eating. It also motivates me to get my morning jog done every day and cram in as many walking breaks as possible during the day BECAUSE it visualizes the impact exercise has on your weight loss. SEEING is more powerful than simply being aware.
I like the apps set up. Was easy to track everything but within 24 hours of having the app I was being bashed by people in the community and theres no way to report other than emailing. Then my app crashed and will not let me on it anymore or redownload it. I wont be using this app anymore.
been using it for 3 weeks so far and Its easy to setup and easy to use. I used to love this app. Since the last couple updates there are A few bugs in the system but hopefully they will fix it. Highly inaccurate calorie burned and weight keeps changing. Its making me second guess my progress! Please fix it!!
Would be a really good app if it worked well. I added exercise and no matter what I put for duration, it says I walked briskly for 30 minutes
Honestly. I really like this app and it really helps me but it always crashes and logs me out. One time something was wrong and it wrote my weight as 300lbs!! Are you kidding me?! Honestly pls fix this :(
