Its not so good for me. I would like it to be able to change counting cals into counting carbs. And its annoying that you cant delete any added food! I made one mistake and my breakfast is miscalculated because I cant delete it.

Why update?

Update if 29 september is really bad - they removed protein to carbs to fats ratio!!! Who does that?? So ridiculous, Im so disappointed...

It helps me control my calories during the day, very useful and even motivative app.

Very helpful and easy to use

The app works ok and is of great support to keep track of calories eaten. Unfortunately the database of food is only good if you do your shopping in the US or the UK. The rest of Europe is not really supported. The biggest shortcoming is that you cannot use decimal figures in nutritional values when adding your own food which are critical when working with portion sizes. I hope they can make that improvement soon.

Easy!

Using to track the five meal replacement shakes and my 120-150oz water intake each day. Does exactly what I need it to do even w/o gold status. Wish it had a timer element.

Great tracker app!

I love how easy this is to use. I wish it had every restaurant on here so its easier to track going out to eat, but they do have a decent selection. I also wish it was easier to see the sodium.

User friendly!

I have used my fitness pal for years and was tired of all the adds and media I had sort through to find my diary. I love the fact that I can get rid of all of that for .99 and enjoy the benefits of my plate without feeling assaulted by adds every time I open it! Ill update my post once Ive used it longer.

This app works just great and syncs with my fit it. It nudges you to journal. If youre diligent with it, it will help you lose weight.

Great Health App

I used this app a couple different times in my life. Neither for weight loss. So this is a multifunctional app in my opinion. Once to track and increase my sons caloric intake, when his weight dipped below the 5th percentile for his age. It helped me to help him gain weight and get into the healthy range. Now with my sons calorie and nutrition needs being met, it is time to focus on my own. While I loosely track my caloric intake to make sure it isnt grossly under or over, I primarily am interested in my macros and I use it for that. My protein in particular was hurting since my diet consisted of diet coke and sugary foods (candy, cake, ice cream, etc). I eat much more healthy These days. My diet is balanced and I make sure to get exercise in, as I am tracking that. In short, I feel fantastic! I am so pleased with what this app has helped my family achieve, health wise. I think, if youre a health conscience novice such as myself, you will be too.

Its so handy and its so easy to use!

Great app!

This app really helped me and it is so well organized. What I like most about this app is that you can search or scan what you ate so that the calories and sugars automatically go into your log.

Dont go Gold !

Parts of the app work and parts do not! I paid for the Gold membership 2 weeks ago thinking I would get better support, but have yet to have any emails answered and there is no phone number to call for support. I think the app has potential, but not there yet. There is a web site, but the app and site dont coordinate info very well. I have been trying to cancel the gold membership for days now, and cant seem to have any luck.

Glitches

Ever since I updated it, the app has not worked. The loading screen appears then it force closes itself.

Very Good But...

Love the app but just shut me out and had to contact them to let me back in! However, I believe they are way off on cycling anyway. MapMyRide says I burn 855 calories on my daily 20 mile rides and this app says I have burned much more. I like that but believe its wrong and they should revisit their exercise calorie count.
